What a NUANS report provides?

Nuans reports show comparable corporate names and trademarks. They are valid for a duration of 90 days. Once this 90-day period expires, it’s mandatory to order a fresh Nuans report for submitting. Receiving a report does not imply the acceptance of the name you’ve proposed. It merely indicates that the name is held for you for a period of 90 days as it undergoes the approval process. The length of the approval process may differ based on jurisdiction.

What a Pre-search report provides?

A preliminary name search, also known as a pre-search, is a process for pre-checking a name before requesting a NUANS report. This method saves both your money and time as it removes potential names with exact matches before the nuans report’s cost is incurred. The chances of a NUANS reservation report getting rejected is reduced when a preliminary search is conducted beforehand.

What a Pre-approval report provides?

In canada, specific provinces (including british columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland, among others) do not recognize the NUANS reservation report as the final approval for a company name.
