Un-incorporated business includes Sole proprietorship, General partnership, Limited partnership, LLP.

All updates for unincorporated businesses are manual form submission. It might take 20-30 days after submission to B.C. Registries to receive a notice of change proof of filing document from them. If this is for a business name change, an additional time will be required to submit and receive a name approval from B.C Registries.

When you pay us to obtain the name approval on be half of you, we first do pre-search into Corporations Canada system and provincial name database. This is a manual process which requires documents to be mailed to BC for completion. The usual turn around time is 10 days but can take longer based on the current processing time of BC.

Fill up the name and address of the person to be removed or added. Fill up the name and new address of the partner to be modified.
