Upon receiving an order, our paralegal team reviews the order and ensure the business is being registered in correct format. On the other side, our our lawyer prepares the articles of corporation, bylaws and other relevant doucments as per corporation acts. Our firm obtains the business name approval directly from the governmnet. After all doucments are ready, our licenced registry agents register the business into governmnet system and send the registration statement, articles of incorporation, certificate of incorporation etc. to the customer by email.
